Our store is uniquely set up as a vendor-based retail space where artists and makers can rent a space in the store to sell their handcrafted products. This model enables small businesses and makers at any stage in their business to secure prime retail space at an affordable rate. Spaces rent for six month terms, and we offer a selection of space sizes and layouts to meet different needs

- Products are handcrafted by you
- High level of artistry in your products (ex. quality finishes, original designs)
- Ability to update and maintain your space regularly, at least once per month
- Ability to maintain inventory through online consignor software
- Highly engaged in social media, specifically Instagram and Facebook . Vendors should post at minimum weekly about their space and/or the mercantile
